Role Overview/ Job Purpose
- Drive end to end HR & Admin Operations which majorly includes Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, various HR related MIS and Data Management and Employee Engagement initiatives, Talent Management, Leaning & Development, Organizational Development initiatives and Administration.
- The incumbent should be well-versed with HR Planning, Budgeting process, Esat Survey action planning,Compensation surveys,Process Improvements, HR analytics & audits, various documentation and developing HRIS to have readily available Business Intelligence HR data.
- Should have experience of handling facilities, travel, vendor management, hotel and overall facilitation from the HR & Admin perspective.
- It is essentially an HR & Admin generalist profile.
Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder)
- Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations effectively to provide proactive HR support to employees spread across 19 locations PAN India.
- Responsible for entire employee life cycle management including Talent Acquisition,Talent Management etc
- Ensure utmost level of integrity and accuracy of HR data while being compliant with data protection and security standards.
- Facilitate development of the overall HR operations and approach by providing accurate and relevant data analytics and reporting.
- Assist in communicating company policies and procedures to promote and understanding among the employees and foster a collaborative working environment which is conducive through effective employee relations activities.
- Act as a resource regarding HR policies & procedures and advice line managers and employees to follow the standard HR process and necessary compliance.
- Conduct periodic audits of current systems, procedures, policies and workflows to ensure efficiencies and legal compliance; develop various HR related processes that improve overall effectiveness of the department and end user efficiency.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of overall HR operations and execute the things in a proactive manner and ensure best in class HR operation practices are implemented in the organization.
- Maintain a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to provide accurate and timely information to the HR Head/ Management.
- Collaborate with the external partner/service provider to ensure effective and efficient functionality and user experience including the resolution of any technical issues.
- Prepare and provide analytics and analysis on key Human Resource matrices to HR Head/ Management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation of HR operations - Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is maintained including timely revisions and updates.
- Formulate, implement and improve functional and company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and positive employee experience. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate the administration of Medi claim scheme for the employees at PAN India and ensure various employee benefits taken into consideration for the best interest of the employees.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of key organizational growth initiatives related to HR matters.
- Responsible for managing effective on boarding, joining and induction for new joiners.
- Drive the process of confirmation/ probation extension and taking the corrective actions.
- Ensure and manage best-in-class employee experience while driving the various HR operation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain various HR related dashboards, matrices and monthly PPTs and provide to HR Head/Management as and when required.
- Ensure smooth end to end implementation of the employee engagement framework by developing and executing employee engagement calendar - Monthly Quarterly and Yearly.
- Create mechanism to increase employee participation in Employee Engagement/ Satisfaction Survey. Measure the Employee Satisfaction Result or Index and develop various action plan with a view of engagement survey and its and its timely closure. Identify areas that requires improvement. Review and track status of open actionable and execute within the defined time frame.
- Prepare dashboards for various employee engagement/connect/ communication initiatives.
- Planning and executing Reward & Recognition Programs as per the R&R policy and ensure its timely closure by various stakeholder management and ensure a culture of appreciation and motivation within the organization
- Ensure constant engagement initiates are planned and executed at various location with maximum people participation and leadership involvement.
- Develop CFT at various location and have a periodic review of CFT for its effectiveness. Drive multiple activities at PAN India basis by ensuring multi-tasking ability.
- Drive various employee connect/ communication initiative by involvement of people and leadership team.
- Keeping high level of motivation with enthusiasm for employee engagement initiatives and a desire to seek out new ways to engage with employees.
- Identify/ benchmark industry best practices - employee engagement initiatives to continually evolve and implement best in class practices.
- Grievance Handling from Corporate Office and Multiple Branch Offices at PAN India.
- Facilities management,vendor management for Admin at various office locations.

12+ years of experience and having in-depth knowledge of HR operations preferably from Service Industry
