Senior Manager - Healthcare Solution Architect

- He/She would play an active part in all the RFxs as a Insurance service line expert in Healthcare domain is mandatory, who will be a part of the entire solutions journey.

- Candidate should have hands on experience in Solutions role at Sr Level, particularly on the Healthcare

- Core Solution architect with proficiency in creating Solutions for not just RFPs/RFIs but also building proactive solutions and POVs across Healthcare Value chain.

- Experience and Expertise in Healthcare, creating Service/Product Offerings will be a BIG PLUS.

- Research and consult with clients on wealth of repository material of tools like whitepapers, brochures or any other marketing collateral to help sell healthcare offerings.

- Represent operations by playing the role of Operations solution architect (transition, transformation, validation of commercial models).

- Support Go-to-Market in the healthcare domain; scan the industry value chain, identify business development opportunities across the value chain

- Make compelling solution presentations to external and internal stakeholders

- Create insurance specific POC solutions and publish thought leadership articles on periodic basis

- Build the practice by the way of industry best practice, knowledge building

- Responsible for benchmarking us against competition
