Our client is a US based IT firm in Banking domain

Designation: Senior Manager - Training (Head/Lead)

Location: Mumbai(Powai)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Evaluates existing training programs,(content) develops new programs, and prepares instructional materials. Coordinates projects assigned by management and ensures project completion by target deadlines.

- Capable of delivering various training modules and conduct on-going training for New and Existing employees. On-going training classes include soft skills training (leadership, communication, stress management, Presentations, Behavioral training for First Line Managers, Conflict resolutions training etc.), supervisor training, process training, and product training. Audience is comprised of employees and supervisors.

- Ensures all class objectives are achieved and learning curve performance metrics are achieved according to pre-defined plan.

- May design and develop training materials and curriculum. Recommends additional learning materials as appropriate.

- Conducts evaluations and develops new programs to address individual, departmental, or company needs. Researches and develops program content to achieve specific objectives for each program. Coordinates with internal departments to identify new training needs and/or changes to existing training curriculum.

- Adapts existing programs to suit various audiences.

- Reviews and updates policy and procedure manuals.

- Assesses employee training needs and provides feedback to management.

- Able to handle Administrative tasks like Maintaining training records, reports and tracking the effectiveness of training programs

- Coordinates all assigned projects, ensures projects are completed by target deadlines, and provides project status updates to management.

- Also drive OJT for Hire-Train-Deploy for field, technology and shared services

Desired Profile:

- 10-15 years of Training & Development experience from IT/ITES domain

- Bachelor's degree in any field; or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.

- Strong experience in Content Design, Content Development and Curriculum development activities

- Knowledge of the company's products, services and business operations

- Project coordination experience preferred

- Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills

- Strong training program design experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Other Details:

- Willing to travel in India and ASEAN Region.

- Largely an individual contributor role in its outlook but will get support from the existing HR infrastructure

- Conducts 15 days of Workshop in a year within APAC.
