Collaborate with the Talent Intelligence to design and lead the implementation of talent identification strategies while ensuring alignment with business talent priorities. - Track and assess team performance using critical metrics and predictive analytics, while keeping an eye on emerging talent priorities and practice opportunities. Qualifications: - MBA or equivalent with minimum 15 years of work experience, in HR or related discipline. - Preferred: At least 3 years experience in delivering in a high-volume recruiting or talent sourcing capability. - A minimum of 2 years as a People Leader, leading and developing a team with a strong focus on team engagement and individual performance is strongly preferred.
