Role : Senior Manager & Head Talent Acquisition

Reporting to : VP & Head Human Resources

Job Location : Bangalore

Experience : 10- 12 years

Qualification : Graduate B.E/B.Tech (preferred) + with Two years MBA from premier school


- The applicant should have overall 10-12 years of experience

- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience out of the overall 12-14 years- experience

- Experience in managing at least 2 or more direct reportees- at a level of executive or above.

Role description and requirements :

- Refine and rollout monthly/quarterly recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in consultation with the leadership team. Drive the narrative of recruiting status with data

- Lead, manage and develop the recruiting team of 10; driving a high level of performance against hiring plans.

- Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher quality of candidates, conversion rates, TATs and a superior candidate experience. Own the Applicant Tracking system.

- Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs including creative sourcing plans to attract diverse talent across all functional areas across all locations, with laser focus on social media, employment brand initiatives, campus relations, employee referral programs and vendor management.

- Assign workload for team and ensure appropriate workload balance for each direct report given their abilities and the size of the assignment while providing adequate guidance and support. Review and track performance

- Translate recruitment initiatives and metric insights into actionable strategies for the recruiting team

- Partner business and build robust job descriptions to correctly reflect requirements

- Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface with all levels across the entire organization

- Able to work in a fast paced environment that is focused on Business Priorities and Business enabling scenarios and to change track as per needs.

- Must have ability to plan and implement solutions independently

- Ability to meet deadline.

- Willingness to travel within India for hiring

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Must have excellent working experience in MS-Office suite of tools ( Hands on experience in working on MS-Excel, MS-Power Point ). Familiarity with budgeting is an advantage.
