Sr Manager - HR Consulting (P&amp;L Head of HR Advisory Practice) Middle East Region Client facing role with about 50% focus on Business Development for HR projects. HR Consulting Firm in Gurugram is looking for Sr Manager - HR Consulting (P&amp;L Head of HR Advisory Practice). The incumbent will have to focus on Middle East Region for Business Development and HR project management and execution. Role Focus Area: Business Development (50%), Project Management (30%) and Project Execution (20%) HR Domain Experience Required: Organisation Development, Organisation Structuring and Organisation Transformation Department: HR Consulting Department providing Organisation Structuring, Development &amp; Transformation services to clients in MENA region. Traveling: Frequent traveling required to Middle Eastern Countries - especially Saudi Arabia.(MENA region) Prior Experience: - 6 - 10 years of experience in HR Consulting, especially in Organisation Structuring, Development &amp; Transformation projects. - 2 - 4 years of Business Development experience for HR Consulting projects, preferably in Middle Eastern countries. - A proven track record of project and team leadership on large to mid scale change projects, focused on organisational structuring, development and change management activities. - Previous experience within a management consulting, working on similar assignment is highly desirable. Skills required: - Good Business Development experience, especially for HR projects. - Excellent problem solving, analytical and relationship building skills. - Ability to communicate with impact particularly at executive leadership level - Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and other stakeholders to gain support for changes and key decisions - Taken practical approach to solving issues and gain client agreement. - Be confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignments; encouraging collaboration and motiving team. - Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Open to travel frequently and longer duration for client meetings and project execution. Scope of work: - Overall P&amp;L responsibility for the practice; leading execution and actively supporting business development. - Actively do Business Development (50% of work profile is business development for HR projects). Market focus - Middle Eastern countries. - Spearhead project teams to simultaneously deliver multiple projects as per client requirements, timelines and within overall budgets - Be at client location for extended periods (3-4 weeks) for execution as may be required and demonstrate project management and execution capability. Traveling to Middle Eastern countries frequently. - Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business. - Support development of new service offerings and be responsible for preparing pre-sales pitches, approach paper and proposals - Provide specialist expertise to the Clients on Organisation structuring, development, transformation, performance management, employee engagement projects. Lead and manage team of HR advisory consultants in the development and delivery of aligned projects. - Provide support to the Management for achieving revenue and profitability targets - Work collaboratively with client leaders to design and deliver solutions along with consulting colleagues (team). - Provide sector insight and expertise when it comes to creating proposals and recommendations for client projects, ensuring the highest standard of client delivery as well as taking into consideration the specific skills and development needs of team members. - Maintain client relationships, by acting as a trusted advisor and acting with integrity. Quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise. - Stay abreast to changes in the market and emerging trends/ challenges. - Contribute proactively to the running and management of the business from an internal perspective.
