Talent Management & Organizational Design :
- Organizational design, Team building, evaluation
- Designing the HR orientation program for senior managers
- Organization diagnostic, evaluation
- Strategic thinking, culture change
- Change management, coaching, mentoring, leadership development
HR processes :
- Business effectiveness, and customer services as part of a holistic OD intervention
- Develop Organization Development or Effectiveness Models.
- Designed HR Connect framework to institutionalize structure HR to member connects and guidelines to facilitate member to member connect.
- Putting the right mechanisms
- Conducted the Action Planning Session to address the outcome of Survey.
