Position : Sr Manager & Head-Marketing (Leading Building Materials Company)

Role :

- The role is effectively a Head-Marketing role reporting to the National Head-Sales & Marketing

- Responsible for corporate website management including planning, analysis and design of web pages as per product range and business requirement; Tracking, updating and analysis of website traffic and website errors, etc.

- Responsible for Digital Marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders

- If required work closely with agencies for execution of campaigns.

- Understand and observe social media strategy.

- Write and optimize content for the website and other digital platforms etc

- Arrange webinars and webcasts

- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management

- Responsible for eCommerce portal management ; Amazon etc.

- Responsible for Marketing through Mobile Applications

- Responsible for CRM and mailer Marketing

- ATL/BTL Activities.

- Vendor Management, Negotiations

- Responsible for Marketing Communications

- Experience into Online & Offline Marketing

- Design & develop Promotional Activity Initiatives

- Prepare budget for ATL and BTL campaigns Develop and manage

Requirements :

- MBA (Marketing)

- 10 to 15 Years Of Experience, preferably in marketing/ product management in the Building Materials Industry

- Should have good knowledge and experience of marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding & Promotion activities

- Experience working in Business Development or Sales & Marketing with Product Management or Marketing Communication or Research

- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop right marketing strategy for growth

- Sharp skills on executing marketing plans including BTL & ATL

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, affiliate marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage
