Company &amp; Location : One of our Prestigious Client in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India Qualification, Age &amp; Experience : - MBA - HR / MSW (Full Time) - Age : Below 45 Years - Ideal candidate has to be a women Professional Only. - Should have minimum 12 to 15 yrs. of rich experience in HR. - HR Candidates with Port or Container Terminal experience would be given preference. - The role holder will report to the Vice President - HR &amp; Admin - Ability to Speak fluently in Telugu is must. Role and Responsibilities : - Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment. - To set objectives and goals for the HR team and track progress, coach and mentor them with a view to enhance team competencies. - Having Strong exposure in Talent Development, Organisation Development, Training &amp; Development, Performance Appraisal, Data Management, Culture Change, talent acquisition, Disciplinary Management, HR Audit Management, - Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations. - Responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, building mechanisms for engagement and development, career counselling/coaching, mentoring, compliance of HR practices and guidelines. - Responsible for recruitment strategies and processes for attracting talented professionals with diverse knowledge and skill sets across industry sectors. - Creating and implementing a holistic HR strategy to meet short term &amp; long term business challenges with focus on areas such as talent &amp; leadership, culture &amp; values, engagement &amp; connect supervisory capability. - Coaching and Succession Planning: Facilitate talent talk sessions and initiate succession planning for key positions. - Handling disciplinary actions, viz., Framing of charge-sheets and other related disciplinary action letters / correspondences including conduct of domestic enquires. - Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory compliance under various acts and filing returns, display of abstracts and licenses. - Attending to internal audit; evaluating the internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings &amp; implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors. - Policy Formulation: Policy formation and Revision of HR manual from time to time. Skills and Abilities: - Good drafting skills, Team Collaboration, Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role, Solid understanding of labor legislation, Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
