Designation: Head- HNI Relationship Management (Sr Manager)
Reporting To- Head- Customer Experience
Location - Pune
Role :
The role is responsible for creating a Service Strategy with specific focus on HNI Clientele . The role encompasses the conceptualizing, planning and delivering a differentiated service strategy for HNI customers in coordination with other stakeholders including the Agency, IB and Bancassurance Channels.
1. Shall be the owner of all Customer Satisfaction initiatives for HNI customers
2. Shall work closely with the various process owners to strive and provide a segmented service delivery
3. Shall Plan, organize and execute HNI Relationship building initiatives and events aimed at increasing customer loyalty
4. Shall constantly work on Customer VOC and aim to make processes simpler and customer friendly
5. Shall closely coordinate with the Banca teams for developing a relationship from the Operations vertical with critical partners
Education:
Must have: Graduation with 12-15 Years of work of which at least 5 years have to be in handling HNI Customers
OR
MBA with 10+ Years of work of which at least 5 years have to be in handling HNI Customers
Work Experience:
Must have:
Preferred Industry - Banking / Insurance/ Aviation/ Telecom
Should have exposure to handling customer and dealing with HNI / Top VIP Customer
