Senior Manager/Head - GRC - A qualified CA who will help in designing & setting up Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Framework at Group Level and each Entity Level. Experience into SOX Compliance. - Establishing & aligning the Internal Audit (IA) Framework across Group - Setting up Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the Group - Creation & standardization of SOPs / Policies / Code of Conduct etc. - Designing & Implementing Compliance Management Program across the Group - Setting up fraud management process and vigil mechanism across Group - Rolling out Delegation of Authority framework - Leading special / forensic / business reviews - Setting up Policies / Procedures / Accounting mechanism etc. for startup Companies / New Ventures of the Group - Monitor accounting / monthly financial closure for newly set up Companies - Framing and implementing new Projects- management structure / policies etc. - Strengthening of common MIS across Group - Monthly / Quarterly MIS reviews - Attend Entity Audit Committee - Review of Internal Audit reports / progress vs plan every month for each Company - Prepare & present consolidated quarterly internal audit reports / dashboards to Group Chairman / Group CFO - Appoint & Develop GRC teams at Group as well as at entity level - Review with respective Company Management and GRC teams the progress on the mitigation plans on monthly basis - Leading all new upcoming requirements across the Group like Internal Financial Controls, Board. Evaluation mechanism, preparation for IndAS, Board & Audit Committee Requirements, etc. - Manage & Develop GRC teams.
