Hiring for Senior Manager - Growth and Strategy (2013 / 2014 pass outs only) for an e-commerce organisation

Looking for candidates (tier 1 MBA 2013 and 2014 pass outs) who have experience in designing growth and marketing strategies.

Job Description:

1. Designing strategies for 8 to 10 business networks that will drive the growth for all the partners.

2. Should have Product orientation and thinking, with problem-solving skills.

3. Designing 360 degree marketing campaign for launch and adoption of business networks.

4. Would actively work on doing Partnership with various organizations / agencies who provide these services and bring them on business platform.

5.Drive engagement with partners on platform and work towards improving the benefits of the business network.

6. Would work towards setting strong governance, wrt way of working of these organisation

7.Driving Business growth strategies by designing growth prospects for a product line or a category.

8. Need to be strong with cross functional work management and key stake holders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Extremely strong analytical orientation/bent of mind and customer understanding

2. Good business understanding - ability to derive from insight to business recommendation

3. Program management skills, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.

4. The candidate should be proactive, self-starter & highly motivated, able to navigate through complex programs independently.
