- It is disrupting the consumer lending ecosystem in India by democratising access to innovative and competitive embedded credit products.
- As a Sr Manager Growth, you will be responsible for handling omni-channel marketing and contributing towards the growth of business.
What you will do :
- Being responsible for online marketing and managing various existing marketing channels and also exploring new channels
- Handling various digital marketing activities which include but not limited to, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Campaign Management, etc
- Being responsible for online marketing as well which includes promotional activities, branding, advertising, online promotional activities, etc
- Researching and studying the current trends and best practices in the market and the industry as a whole and recommending steps to the management based on the insights
- Collecting feedback from various channels in regular intervals and ensuring that necessary steps for improvement are recommended to the management
- Ensuring compliance of marketing and branding related rules, laws & regulations
- Being a SPOC in presenting the marketing needs, plans, roadmap and ideas to the management
- Working closely with various stakeholders such as internal divisions as well as external vendors, agencies and professional sources
Desired Candidate Profile :
What you need to have:
- B.Tech/ MBA from Tier-1 institute is desirable
- Relevant work experience of 5- 10 years in B2C marketing with start-ups in domains such as Fintech, Edtech, Food, Hyperlocal, Home Services, D2C etc
- Prior experience with e-mail marketing, SMS, Google RLSA, Facebook, WhatsApp marketing is essential
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap) is essential
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce, LeadSquared) is desirable
- Outstanding communication and multi-tasking skill along with a growth-hacking mindset
