Duties and responsibilities -
- Develop Scalable commerce funnels for acquisition & growth
- Track repeat rates and develop consumer cohorts strategy
- Develop data based models for online and offline growth
- Implement a robust CRM Program for the brand
- Work with content teams to use content for acquisition & growth
- Manage & Develop Tech platforms for supporting growth
Qualifications & Experience :
- Strong experience in ecommerce growth & business funnels
- Experience in data analytics and business modelling
- Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Tag Managers etc
- Strong Analytical Skills with either an MBA from top tier B School or Btech from Top Tier engineering college
