Location: Mumbai Role: Leading the overall DTC business, including P&L responsibility, category management & media planning Responsibilities: - Lead the growth team and have overall responsibility for P/L, user acquisition & media ROI - Lead the category teams and work with cross-functional teams -Deliver profitable growth through planning, budgeting, inventory forecasting and optimization - Drive innovation across platforms - Mentor and build capability in the growth marketing team Skills: - Consumer insights, data analysis, and good creative sense - Action-oriented and enjoy a fast-moving environment - Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills Experience: - 5 + years of experience of direct growth ownership in an eCommerce, digital-first environment - DTC experience will be a plus
