Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3-5 resources responsible for pricing of group insurance policies
- Evaluate quotations / reports prepared by the team before closure with business teams
- Ensure compliance, profitability and other process guidelines are followed by the team
- Coach and guide the team to conduct financial analysis/market research to support development of group products
- Engage with reinsurers and business teams for finalization of quotations
- Provide sales support for customized business requirements, business acquisition/retention by timely resolution of queries relating to product, pricing and process
Educational Qualification / Experience:
- MBA from a Tiered institute, with 5-10+ years of Experience
- Actuary Paper qualification with 5-10+ years of Experience (Benefits of Actuary study policy shall be applicable for employees in Group Pricing teams)
- Pricing/ Analyst Background
- B.Tech/ B.E with 10+ years of Experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good logical reasoning and data analysis
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint
- Experience of managing a team / multiple stakeholders
- Negotiation Skills
