With over 52,000 employees, more than 460 offices worldwide it offers service like research and consulting, property sales and leasing; corporate services; facilities and project management; appraisal and valuation, etc.

The opportunity is for a Workplace Strategy - SR Manager/General Manager, the responsibilities are mentioned as below:

Maintaining On-site relationship with client communications and quality assurance.

Performing complex analysis tasks and comprehensive facility planning.

Creating and developing occupancy plans for the client, collect information and translate it into a comprehensive real estate plan.

Workplace Solutions, Portfolio Strategy, Project Programming and Change Management. Distilling complex information to the essential detail for client decision-making.

Managing the move migration for occupancy projects.

Maintaining an understanding of local business character and evolutionary needs. Knowing and understanding client specific service delivery work processes and responsibility distribution. Managing & reviewing Occupancy information (IWMS/CAFM).

Various programming efforts, such as space planning, layout and utilization of FFE, lighting and colour coordination, developing innovative, practical, human centric design concepts, conducive to purposes and function of client goals and within project budget, made my current role have had an opportunity to work on insight-led strategies and solutions.

Knowledge and ability to use analytical and problem-solving techniques.

Ability to complete tasks and produce deliverables independently with periodic supervision.

Workplace planning theory knowledge.

Knowledge in CAFM tool and complete understanding of space categorization principles.

Creative talent in conceptual design & trends.

Knowledge in product, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.

Knowledge in furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E)& other interior finishes,

Basic knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines.

Ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
