- Accountable to lead efficiency and productivity at all contract manufacturing locations.

- Accountable to prepare monthly dashboard, review Contract manufacturing Performance on monthly basis.

- Accountable to lead Audits and ensure establish processes which ensure audit without major findings

- Accountable to lead the effective tech transfer to CMUs with RFT 100%

- Manage contract manufacturing team for various business and ensure high customer service level.

- Coach contract administrators to ensure product demand is fulfilled within approved cost.

- Ensure contract manufacturers implement quality assurance and SHE systems to meet corporate standards

- Develop internal communication channels among CFT for Project execution.
