Senior Manager - Global Procurement Operations/SCM/eSourcing - BPO

We have an urgent opening for the role of Senior manager- Global Procurement Operations/Supply Chain Management with an Intl. MNC based in Bangalore.

Role: People Management role

Experience: 12 - 17 Years (10+ Years Relevant in SCM/Procurement)

CTC Offered: As per co. norms

Shifts: Flexible (24- 7)

Work Location: Bangalore

Job Requirement:

- Should have Min 12 years of total working experience. 10 years in Supply chain management. Complete life cycle of Supply Chain management.

- Good Exp in PROCUREMENT domain. Good experience in Transition.

- Current managing a team of 20 - 25 members.(Minimun 15 members).

- Good negotiation skills.

- Prior experience in outsourcing environment would be preferred

- Proficiency in MS Access and / or Project would be an advantage

- Good quantitative and analytical skills

- Working knowledge of Ariba / Millennium / Oracle ERP / SC systems would be an advantage

- Developing a mechanism for measuring the savings/value of the Sourcing Initiative

- Assistance with RFx and eRFP creation, including co-ordination of Third-Party Supplier and user creation in eSourcing platform

- Management of live of RFx and eRFX event, including functional support for users and Third-Party Suppliers.

- Co-ordination of responses to Third-Party Supplier questions

- Third-Party Supplier training and support

- Complete requests for Sourcing Support from Customer and/or Category Manager.

- Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment.
