Senior Manager - Global Payroll - CA/ICWA - BFSI

Our client is one of the largest mortgages company in the financial services space, and they are currently looking for qualified CA to manage their Payroll globally at an enterprise level.

The Roles and Responsibilities for the said role is as follows -

- Manage Payroll processing for US, India & PHP with the help of the processing vendor

- Ensuring statutory deductions are correct and timely

- Accurate and timely filing of Payroll returns

- Make sure PR related accruals are accurate and variance explained

- Rich experience in payroll processing is required with related best practices, knowledge of tax and payroll benefit laws

- Manage Global Fixed Asset Accounting covering USA, India & PHP

- Accurate, timely capitalization with due follows up with Business Units

- Explain variance in Net Block and depreciation movements

Academic Qualification

- CA/ CA(Inter)/ ICWA / ICWA (Inter)
