Mandatory Ask:
1MBA/ Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organization Development or equivalent. (From Tier 1 institutes)
Experience (years):
Work experience of 5 - 10 years; 5+ years' experience in L&D/leadership development/Behavioral learning.
Certifications (Technical / Non-technical), if any :Applicable Training and Development certifications preferred. Certification in psychometric tools preferred.
Roles and Responsibility :
> Help improve and build the OD culture and vision in all processes within the Business and deploy strategic people development plans
> Serve as an effective business partner, supporting the development, implementation and delivery of Learning Solutions
>Develop, implement and facilitate training programs (Behavioral and Leadership) for target audience
> Design learning strategies to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with Operations and the Process Leadership Team through training, coaching and OD projects
> Ensure regular and effective stakeholder interactions
>Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events to ensure that operations are managed effectively within authorized budgets
Skills:
- Excellent facilitation, coaching (both in the virtual and F2F environment) and organizational development skills targeted towards employees across levels.
- Proven client relationship and consulting skills
- Good Interpersonal skills and expert in leading teams across locations
- Proven ability to analyze client needs and agree on client specifications for learning content/materials
- Ability to handle and deliver many and diverse projects and tasks including partnering with external entities (as required)
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
