Reporting: - GM IT, - Global IT SSC (Shared Services Center) - Functional Reporting: Director of Global IT Governance Scope of this position :&nbsp; - This position is responsible for managing the Business of Global IT functionally reporting to the Global IT Governance Leader. The position focuses on proactively identifying and managing investments, organization, communications, resources, and acting as a liaison with the FP&amp;A group.&nbsp; - This role will also assist with designing and implementing the governance programs necessary for ongoing decision making that lead to success. The candidate will lead the evolution and development of demand management and governance standards, investment governance processes, and tooling for the entire IT organization interfacing with IT leaders and teams. Financial planning and management is required for this role. The person provides fact-based advice to senior executives in the following strategic areas : - Investment Governance &amp; Management - Financial planning and Management - Demand Management - Contract Management - Budget and Resources Management for the IT organization Key interfaces: - Internal (to IT ): Global IT: Global CIO, Regional IT Leaders, Application, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure and Security Leads, Regional and Value Chain IT teams, FP&amp;A organization, IT Governance, IT Shared Services. - External (to IT) : FP&amp;A, Business Services, Regional and Value Chain business stakeholders, Corporate Functions including Finance, Tax, Treasury Procurement, HR, Legal, Communications, etc. Principal Accountabilities: Demand Management: 20% of the time - Supports the IT demand prioritization process - Gathers information, completes initial estimates, and facilitates discussions with technology teams Investment Governance: 50% of the time - Manage investment management activities including defining the process and thresholds - Support the monthly IT Technology Steering Committee process including planning, preparing facilitating business stakeholder presentations - Educate IT and business stakeholders on the process and artifacts and standards Contract Management : 10% of the time - Maintain and update the global IT contract database Communications : 20% of the time - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to facilitate demand management, execute investment governance processes and oversee all aspects of global IT program management office - Communicates Global IT initiative status within IT leadership and to external stakeholders Required&nbsp; 8-12 years of experience that encompasses the following : - Financial planning and management skills a must along with the understanding of IT project lifecycle - Understanding of financial (OpEx and CapEx) reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting processes - Directly managing multi-million-dollar global investment process, and experience in leading/managing investment governance and management activities - Provide oversight of IT portfolio and IT investments - Strong program management skills. Ability to understand complex transformation plans across internal and external teams, delivering expected results, while leading the identification and mitigation of business and technical risks - Experience in resource management and budget process - Ability to lead a team of 5-6 senior Project Managers - High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Must be extremely resourceful and enthusiastic - Ability to perform feasibility studies; cost-benefit analyses and business case creation - Ability to create pivot tables, charts, graphs to perform critical analysis - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively - Provide centralized control, coordination, and reporting of scope, change, cost, risk, and quality across projects - Good analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and organizational skills - Effective presentation skills - Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple diverse initiatives - Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills - Strong customer focus demeanor in both approach and results - Strong exposure in working in a global environment and in service-oriented team - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with senior-level managers and keep a close interaction with stakeholders - Adheres to high ethical standards and professional conduct - Capable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines as well as high attention to detail - Ability to deploy and govern standards and processes through the influence - Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, possessing diplomacy and good business judgment - Has worked in fast-paced and demanding/stressful environments - Excellent communication both oral and written - Uses diversity as an advantage - Actively seeks out and uses ideas, opinions, and insights from diverse sources and individuals; optimizes the effectiveness of individuals and teams by using individuals- talents and abilities for the most relevant activities and responsibilities. - Leads with a global perspective - Understands the roles and interdependencies associated with each global business; demonstrates an inclusive communication and decision-making approach encompassing both domestic and international perspectives.
