Senior Manager - Global Expat Taxes

Title: Senior Manager Global Expat Taxes - Hyderabad

Primary purpose of the role:

- Expatriate tax and PF compliance

- Managing engagements efficiently and for profitability

- Leading business development initiatives

Major responsibilities & deliverables:

- Working Directly with clients

- Take lead on cross selling opportunities, business development and other initiatives identified by group

- Identify new service offerings, go to market strategy

- Team up with other service lines to find opportunities for GES

- Fee negotiations with clients/ proposal scoping

- Mentoring team/juniors

- Independent handling of client meetings

Candidate Profile:

Must Haves:

- 8-10 year Experience in Expatriate Taxation (minimal work experience of 3-4 years in expatriate taxation)

- CA or MBA in Finance - Premier Institutes

- Expertise in areas of Social Security, immigration and foreign exchange regulation

Nice to Have:

- Preferred Big 4 consulting / International work experience
