Job Role : Senior Manager - Global Benefits Operations

WFH (Open for multiple locations)

Job description:

- Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Vice President Total Rewards, this role will be responsible for defining and implementing globally consistent and optimized processes and ways of working for global pension benefit programs

- The incumbent will be based in Bangalore, India and will collaborate closely with Total Reward colleagues in the regional Total Reward teams together with the broader HR function and pension and benefits brokerage and administration vendors

Role Accountabilities:

- Manage a team of pension benefit resources to deliver pension benefits operations to the regional Total Reward teams.

- Develop an understand and knowledge of the organizations pension benefits provisions.

- Build trusted relationships with Total Reward colleagues, HR, IT, external vendors other relevant stakeholders.

- Working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders define processes and ways of working to:

- Achieve global consistency of pension benefits operations.

- Maximize automation and system integration.

- Partner with the PeopleHub to ensure seamless integration with PeopleHub operations and ServiceNow.

- Seek opportunities to leverage and standardize services provided by external vendors

- Balance the need for efficient and timely process operation with the need for excellence in employee support

- Working closely with the Vice President Total Rewards:

- Define a regional prioritization plan.

- Develop and implement a change management plan to ensure successful delivery and embedding of the new processes and ways of working.

- Project manage the implementation of the changes needed.

- Develop and implement comprehensive management reporting tools to support the ongoing monitoring and management of Global pension benefits operations.

- Develop and manage a framework to enable ongoing continuous improvement within

- Global pension benefits operations.

Skills Attributes:

- Knowledge and expertise in the management of pension benefits (ideally in a global context)

- Exemplary process documentation, standardization, and optimization capability

- Project and change management capability

- An excellent communicator who is experienced working in a matrixed organization

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external vendors and technology partners to drive improvements

- Experience of systems integration and systems automation: ideally within an HR context

- Ability to work collaboratively with non-technology vendors

- Ability to work across geographies and teams to influence and drive change and standardization

- Educated to degree level
