Role Details - Designation : Sr. Manager - Sales

Job Location : Pune / Ranchi / Bhubaneshwar

Job responsibilities :

Replacement / New Role - Replacement

Reports to Regional Head

- Would be responsible for handling the General Trade & Retail Sales in the Designated territory.

- Managing a team of 6- 7 below him.

- Responsible for supervising and motivating sales people.

- Designing & implementing sales strategies to increase the market share.

- Would be handling 40-50 dealers below him.

Domain skill sets requirement: Sales - General Trade / Retail Sales. 

- Would be handling the 50 dealers with high volume of business.

Education:

MBA from tier 1 college (2006-09 batch).

- Candidate Exp Level 2006-2009

- Relevant Exp needed: 10-13 yrs

Industry Exposure:

- Should have handled sales in FMCG segment.

Candidate Details - Target Industry Preference - FMCG

Qualification / Pedigree Needed - Tier 1 B-Schools

Team Management:

- Team 6 -7 ASM / TSM

- IC / Team Management Role - Team Handling experience
