Job Responsibilities :

- Business planning, formulating strategies and policies, their implementation and ensuring achievement of sales and financial numbers

- Set up & developed Distribution network in entire Northern India including Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, etc.

- Managing distribution channel; expanding retail and distribution network; Managing distributors, franchisees and concessionaires to develop milk business

- Augmented revenue by 100% through the appointment of distributors

- Developing and appointing new channel partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with the partners to assist them to promote the product
