Performance Management : Implementation of Performance Appraisal system, organize quarterly employee performance evaluations to enable timely decisions on service confirmations and annual appraisal.
Career Planning & Succession Planning : Identification of Competency gap and documentation of skill matrix
Compensation and Benefits Management : Periodic Compensation Survey, Redesigning Salary Structure, Fixation of compensation packages for new recruits. Working on annual Compensation reviews and Preparation of annual increments & promotion letters & data management.
Employee Rewards and Recognition & Training and Development : Assessing and determining employee training needs, planning and designing annual training schedule, organizing training programs and preparation of training feedback report.
Merger, Acquisition & Integration : Assisting all Integration process & systems of new acquired company.
Employee Relations & Morale: Successfully conduct Organizational Climate Survey to review organizational health and take proactive measures to set new processes, practices and organized Mentoring programs, Team outings and Family get together for better employee bonding.
Employee Relation / Industrial Relations : Interaction and establishing personal rapport with employees & Handling of Day to day issues. Organize various Employee engagement activities.
Employee Relation & Statutory Compliance : Able to liaise well and develop rapport with officials of Department of Labour, Factory Inspectorate, Labour Secretariat, Police, etc. at all levels.
Fluency in Kannada is must.
