Sr Manager/GM- Hr Operations We are hiring Sr. Management profile in HR-Ops for one of the fastest growing company in manufacturing marketplace, Job Brief & Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end company's HR Operations - Managing the entire employee onboarding process including a wow experience. - Monitor functional HRMS and database across the organization. - Oversee the payroll system for multiple entities and geographies. - Overseeing timely resolution of employee related issues and queries - Measure the effectiveness of the benefits programs and recommend improvements. - Implement policies and develop mechanisms to evaluate policy impact and effectiveness. - Guiding and consulting the HR team members and the other internal stakeholders Qualification and Skills: - 12+ years of proven work experience in HR Operations - Strong experience in managing payroll of multiple entities and geographies. - Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures. - Proficient in HR software and MS Tools. - Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks. - Strong work ethics.
