Head - Software Implementation ( Senior Manager / General Manager)

One of the fast growing Software Company providing SaaS products to Educational Institutions is hiring Implementation Head.

Expectations :

- Expertise in IT Implementation in India (Education Field is a strong Plus)

- Experience in managing owners and approving authority for commercial approvals

- Experience in Handling a team size of 20+ in the IT field or worked as a Professor/Assistant Professor with experience in managing IT implementations in an Educational Institution

- Excellent Communication Skills

- A go-getter with the ability to travel as needed to manage the implementations to ensure customer satisfaction (Majority of the travel within India and some International)

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of 30 resources to deliver product implementations and support services for 200+ customers

- Run the implementation and support as per processes. Evolve and improve the processes

- Get the commercial milestone Sign off in a timely manner for the implementation and support services

- Ensure Accounts Receivable is efficient and achieved as per the Invoicing Schedule
