Purpose of the Role:

- Senior Transformation Manager would work closely and report to Director- Finance Projects- APAC. This role will be supporting the development and implementation of regional Finance Shared Service Centre, would work closely with relevant stakeholders in harmonisation, improvisation and automation of Finance Process within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting development & implementation of standardised and repeatable best practice finance processes to reduce financial risk, lower costs and enable continuous improvement and operational excellence within the region

- Responsible for conducting feasibility study / Due Diligence of Finance Processes with an objective mentioned above and transition of the local processes to the Finance Shared Service Centre. Conduct workshops with country process lead for As Is process analysis and obtain acceptance on To Be processes from country leadership team

- Work closely with selected technology partners for configuration and implementation of process enablers & automation solutions

- Responsible for planning and execution of process transitions to Finance Shared Service centre, this includes operational readiness, support documentation and acceptance checklists. Ensure service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope.

- Conduct knowledge transfer workshops and training of SSC resources on agreed To Be finance processes for smooth transition and stable delivery.

- Support formation of and implementation of metrics for financial SSC functions (Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements)

- Oversee hiring and development of a high performing SSC team, and provide operational oversight of the SSC team to SSC Lead and Project Director

- Ensure periodic governance meeting and SSC performance review with stakeholders, regular project updates to the stakeholders and steering committee

Education & Experience:

- Graduation degree, Post-Graduation will be preferred with 10-12+ yrs (ICWAI / MBA-Finance)

- Rich of experience in managing Finance Operations / Processes, BPO Operations

- Rich experience in managing Finance Transformation & Transition, Clients Engagement, Service Delivery Management

- Project Management skill

- Excellent presentation & communication skills, C- level stakeholder management & interaction

- Fluency in English

- Open to travel
