Fundraising, Networking and Public Relations: - Take ownership of organizational growth and funding. Create and execute on a comprehensive fundraising strategy that encourages input from staff, sponsors and volunteers. Play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization through input into the overall strategic plan of the organization. - Set and achieve ambitious, yet realistic time-limited fundraising targets, agreed in consultation with key staff and the International Board of Directors. Review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement to adjust the organization's fundraising strategy and approach as and when appropriate. - Manage key relationships with major supporters including key donors (local and international), the International Board of Directors, international branches, impact funds, foundations and CSR organizations. - Drive fundraising and PR efforts under the guidance of the Executive Director; create a sustainable and diverse fundraising portfolio with funding streams including individuals, major gifts, corporates, community, events, trusts/foundations and other grant-makers, with appropriate priorities. - Carry out prospect research and develop a comprehensive database capturing and tracking all relevant information. - Ensure increased visibility and community involvement at local events. Design and conduct CSR events to develop relationships with partners. - Own and drive the creation of large-scale funding proposals, in collaboration with/seeking input from relevant stakeholders. - Liaise with international fundraising branches to develop and manage donors/funding opportunities from these countries Donor Management, Reporting and Impact: - Lead the entire donor management value chain, ranging across developing specific initiatives with various donors, designing success metrics and impact assessment processes, monitoring implementation, tracking, consolidating and analyzing information from the on-site team and preparing reports to manage donor relationships. - Proactively assess the organization's performance vs. success metrics on a regular basis, and generate reports thereof; evaluate and challenge impact of our initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Director and Program Directors. Communications and Media: - Develop standardized fundraising and publicity materials for awareness-and fundraising, in collaboration with graphic designers when needed. - Take overall responsibility for the website and related social media. Work with the team to create stories from programs, quality-control content and ensure regular blog entries and facebook posts. - Create a regular quarterly newsletter to share with supporters, partners and funders. - Support advocacy work with key partners and continually seek new and appropriate contacts and partnerships with relevant individuals and organizations. Develop media contacts and leverage them to raise awareness as and when needed. - Uphold and promote organization's mission and vision.
