Role Summary: The person will be responsible for handling Fundraising functions covering term loans, debt arrangement, financial risk management, and treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fundraising from both onshore & offshore markets through bank credit or other alternatives.

- Managing relationships with the Banks and the Financial Institutions.

- Effectively manage all aspects of transactions, term sheet closure, transaction documentation, legal liaising, regulatory compliances, and ensuring a high standard of transaction management
