Job Description :
1. Drive front end digital products and solutions for the enterprise
- Work with the business leaders and Head - Digital Initiatives to conceptualize digital products and solutions in the sales / distribution, influencer management, consumer, ecommerce, mobile apps spaces
The focus will be on following key areas :
- Products applicable to the front end i.e. marketing / sales e.g. SFA apps, channel partner mgmt apps, loyalty apps and CRM applications such as SFDC etc
- Mobile app development - native / hybrid
- Advanced Campaign Management & Gamification technologies
- Suitable analytics to drive personalized campaigns etc
- Administered recommendation-based analytics use-cases in Sales and Marketing Apps.
- eCommerce solutions Hybris, Magento, etc
- Digital Experience platforms for consumers and channel partners.
- Help define the architecture around these solutions, identify and assess suitable technologies / products and manage the overall implementation of these solutions
- Assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs
- Selection the right vendor partner for the end-to-end digital transformation and working hand in hand to plan out the entire transformation plan
- Work along with the Head - Digital Initiatives, ensure suitable business value delivery from these projects
2. Own these digital products and solutions and ensure suitable maintenance and availability of these applications
- Ensure ongoing availability, support and maintenance of digital products and solutions in this front-end sales apps / ecommerce apps, etc
- Work with the Head of Cybersecurity to ensure ongoing security of these apps
- Building the team as needed to successfully implement the digital vision
Experience and skill set requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in developing, architecting, and managing suitable digital / technology products and solutions specifically focused on the sales / distribution/ loyalty side
- Proven knowledge and understanding of build customer journeys, customer facing platforms, technology and supporting industry principles
- Exposure and strong understanding of products such as SFDC, Liferay and Loyalty platforms, DXPs, CDPs, MADPs, Chatbots etc.
- Experience with Heroku, Ms Azure Stack, Liferay, Azure DW and SAP integration is preferred, not necessary
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage multiple indirect teams
- Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
- work collaboratively with executive leadership, business and IT, and third-party vendors to establish a cohesive strategy and lead teams through a digital transformation of business processes and technical
