Sr Manager - Forex Risk Management

Job Responsibilities :

1) Monitoring and analyzing risk to the company from FX, interest rates and other variable exposures. Undertaking hedging and other risk management practices/ activities in line with company's policy and regulatory guidelines.

2) Identify, quantify and continuous monitoring of all foreign exchange risk exposure of Group companies across geographies in 18 countries and 15 currencies and recommend timely measure of hedging the exposures.

3) Lead the hedging framework for India, Africa and South Asia. Diversify hedge product mix through Options, Forwards, structured derivatives products. Should be well versed in and have practical experience of forex operations and hedging.

4) Prepare and implement models for scenario analysis and the resultant impact in the finance cost of hedges and the translation of FCY items

5) Evaluate the current portfolio of derivatives and analysis of potential new structures to decide on suitability to company objectives and stress testing for potential impact.

6) Regularly interact with banks to understand market sentiments, undertake various risk and sensitivity analysis and proactively decide on remedies to mitigate risks

7) Keep abreast of the regulatory changes to proactively hedge the financial risks.

Minimum Qualifications :

1) Must be CA/MBA/CFA with relevant experience of 2-6 years in a corporate treasury or Fx desk of Bank.

2) Deep understanding of global macros, Fx and interest rate markets. Knowledge of Fx products i.e.. Forwards, Swaps, vanilla options Interest rate products.

3) Understanding of Hedge accounting principles
