Senior Manager - Fleet Operations - Central

Role - Sr Manager-Central Fleet Operations

Location - Gurgaon - Corporate Office.

Lead & inspire a set of design staff to drive game-changing improvements in network and last mile area of the organization's Supply chain

Develop a culture of continuous improvement & step changes within team and across cross-functional teams that helps to reduce non-value-added activities leading to improved and faster service offering.

- Manage a team of high-performing individuals dedicated to delivering functional expertise in Last mile operations and building and delivering a long-term road map for the asset in areas, optimization Cost reduction, and Central support.

- Design, test, implement and own different aspects of Last Mile to improve customer experience.

- Translates Business needs into scalable design solutions. Optimize operational costs and streamline processes to improve profitability

- End-to-end responsibility of centrally monitoring and ensuring adherence to operating plans on scaling up operations, operating metrics, route optimization/ design and 3PL.

- Continuously improve processes and policies to keep up with the evolving business needs and be ahead of the plan through innovation and process improvements.

- Set a long-term vision on process improvements and automation required and work with design teams to find solutions.

- Manage overall reporting and tracking of LM performance and identify trends and patterns for improvement in performance.

- Work closely with all Zonal and Regional stakeholders to ensure actions on areas of improvement.

- Support 3PL vendors with process expertise to facilitate performance and cost control.

- Coordinate and manage periodic performance review meetings at the facility level and follow up and ensure identified action items are completed on time.

- Evaluate, Monitor, and drive all Non-Compliance audit points to closure in coordination with all External and Internal Stakeholders for all Audits.
