Fixed Deposit Book

- Monthly review, reconciliation and reporting of fixed Deposit Register, FD Platform accounts, Accounting mismatches.

- Ensure statutory reporting as per RBI Guidelines & Companies Act requirements.

- Look out for automation opportunities to ensure stricter compliance and real-time reporting.

- Document BRDs, perform UAT and provide sign off

- Liaison with Statutory & Internal Auditors related to liability book.

- Lending application controllership

- UAT sing off on any new Product launches

- Understanding of Lending application modules mainly LMS and CAS.

- Good understanding on scheme, charges, template, GL creation masters and it work flow at transaction level.

- Access & provide sign off on any new system enhancement which have financial impacts

- Identified issued on concurrence product testing and raising with concerned person for permanent solution and fix.

- Raise BRD on any new change required in system and track it till closure

- Discussion with IT for system related queries and resolutions

- Resolution of issue relating to accruals, incorrect entries and recon issues

- Take part in discussion of new system implementation

- Preparation of AR receivables Vs future repayment schedule for ALM purpose and suggest necessary corrections.

- Identification of GAPs between advices tables (control dump) and ledgers and suggest necessary correction entries.
