Position : Senior Manager - Fintech and Strategic Alliances
Job Responsibilities :
Strategic Alliances
- Identification and Business Case Development
- Identify prospective strategic alliances and analyze the potential of the partner
- Create customized and differentiated business propositions
- Develop structured pitches and presentations for prospective strategic partners
- Support the Head of Strategic Alliances in making a Business case for internal and external stakeholders
Set Up and Enable New Alliances
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of strategic partners in the IndiaFirst Life ecosystem
- Ensure set-up on system and its complete alignment across departments
- Project Management for the overall onboarding along with cross-functional teams from a requirement to launch
Monitoring and Review
- Devise monitoring and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure Sales Review and Performance management for this channel
Fintech
- Business Lead for all Fintech related Alliances
- Apart from all above-mentioned activities, for Fintech, will also;
- Agree on the Business Plan, Sales Structure and Execution
- Manage the relationship across all touch points
- Business Management with required R&R, KPIs, Training and other enablers
- Agree on the Governance model and lead the same
Candidate Profile :
Work Experience - 5 to 9 years
Qualification :
- Any MBA (Preferably from Tier 1 or 2 B School)
- Background of consulting in areas of digital transformation in BFSI will be preferred
