We are looking for Sr Manager - Financing for one of our client into Renewable Energy Sector. JD is mentioned below : 1. Preparing and vetting financial models 2. Preparing Teasers and Information Memorandums 3. Coordination with credit rating agencies / lenders / security trustee/ LIE/ LIA, catering to their information requirements 4. Vetting legal documentation; mortgage/ security creation in favour of lenders/ trustee 5. Pursuing with lenders to quicken and complete processes 6. Handling queries and resolving the same with lenders 7. Follow up and move the proposal to decision taking committee 8. Post documentation management in terms of CP compliance, managing drawdowns, post sanction regular compliances 9. Maintaining MIS for loan portfolio and preparing regular management presentations Candidates who have experience working with Power/Energy sector can only be eligible for this role.
