Senior Manager - Financial Services - Record To Report/Transition/General Ledger Accounting - Restaurant Business

Purpose of the Job:

- MIS & Logs Update

- Efficiency Improvement

Required:

- Excellent Accounting knowledge.

- Expertise in Microsoft Office and good speed on computers.

- Excellent Communication Skills and Confidence level.

- Smart & dynamic

- Prior team handling experience of minimum 5 years.

Desirable:

- Accounting knowledge with US accounting experience

- Transition experience

- Experience in managing high demanding customer.

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA / Inter CA (Not pursuing CA) / CA / CPA

Work Experience:

- 10-13 years Accounting Background, preferably having experience up to Finalization of Accounts and handling a team.

Note: Profiles from Restaurant industry will be helpful & preferable because the position is going to the cater to the restaurant clients, however, we are open to evaluate candidates from other industries as well.

Other Prerequisites:

- Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement will work in US hours.

- Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization.
