Senior Manager - Financial Risk Management - BFSI

Key Responsibilities

- Senior role in the Financial Risk Management area who will work in the overall framework of Enterprise Risk Management

- The person will be leading the FRM team in Pune and will be involved in working in close coordination with the FRM team in US, on financial risks space (credit, market and investment risk).

- Skill set required: The person should be proficient in risk modelling, preferably financial risks using R, SAS or MATLAB.

- The role would require validation of existing models or building models from scratch in financial risk area.

- Experience Required: 10+ years of relevant experience

- Educational Qualification: FRM, CFA (at least level 2) or person having experience in actuarial space can apply for this position.

- Competencies required: Inquisitive, ability to influence and communicate effectively, leadership and mentoring skill so as to groom junior members in the team.
