Looking for candidates who is having expertise in financial Reporting and Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds & private equity .
- To manage a large team that works on Financial reporting for Hedge, Long Only & PE Clients.
- Lead the day to day deliverables on Operations including meeting timelines, thresholds, SLAs, governance requirements etc.
- Liaise with Operations Leads and Stakeholders across different teams on regular basis and meet structured deliverables deadlines.
- Mentor Change Management including automation initiatives including transformation and robotics and drive productivity milestones
- Monitor operations health in terms of KPI, Risk Indicators, and Process Metrics
- Drive and/or support global and/or regional initiatives through adequate project management
- Develop solutions to complex problems by employing timely, rigorous and logical analysis
- Design and develop complex foundational frameworks for enterprise-wide reporting systems
- Identify and define the information, business and process requirements for technology development initiatives
- Responsible for the successful implementation of application migrations
- Have the vision to see the bigger picture and design for extensibility
- Develop plans and carry out the implementation of new or modified system components, work processes and/or applications
- Manage and direct Subject Matter Experts regarding conversion requirements and impacts of system changes to business processes
- Develop rollout, transition and implementation plans and procedures.

Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes :
- At least 12+ years of relevant work experience in financial services, banking, insurance
- Experience in Financial reporting with sound knowledge of accounting standards
- Analyzing business requirements and translating business requirements into actionable specifications
- Strong project management skills and ability to track against agreed timelines
- Ability to analyze and initiate new concepts and functionality in a changing environment and ability to obtain pertinent information by research and interaction with clients/users
- Demonstrated skill in the implementation phase of large and complex projects
- High comfort with creating and presenting information through PowerPoint and flowcharting software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in written format
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interface with stakeholders from all disciplines, backgrounds and cultures (both regional and global)
- Flexibility with timezones
