Title : Senior Financial Planning Manager

Job Purpose: This role is responsible for financial analysis, modeling and developing meaningful, relevant and concise financial reports and commentary. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting and contracts management. The successful candidate will be able to apply analytical rigor to financial data, prepare meaningful analysis, generate financial models, make recommendations to improve profitability and present information in a concise, relevant format for senior management decision making. Candidate should be able to produce high-quality work within tight time-frames and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Play a key role in the development, execution, and communication of the monthly executive business review package. 


- Design and develop analysis, models, and slides using data-mining and presentation software.

- Provide meaningful insights and commentary to portray the financial outlook. Work closely within the department and cross-functionally to produce a timely, high-quality and insightful report packages.

- Provide financial analysis, coupled with the business perspective to adequately communicate financial trends and variances to expected results. Provide metrics, ad hoc reports, and dashboards that help steer financial decisions.

- Utilize analytical skills to research and decipher financial information in order to identify opportunities to improve overall financial results.

- Recommend strategic changes which will increase revenues, decrease costs and drive profitability.

- Build effective relationships within the team and all levels of the organization.

- Work cross-functionally and collaborate to gain knowledge and insights of financial -related activities. Maintain open communication with business partners to stay in front of activities with a financial impact.

- Develop and maintain financial models to trend and predict financial results based on historical data, pricing models, anticipated volumes or other relevant metrics in order to produce materially accurate forecasts, budgets, and ad hoc reports.

- Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.

- Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent GAAP, SEC rules and regulations

- Oversee all audit and internal control operations. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors.

- Oversee all financial and administrative operations with respect to India centre.
