Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT

We are looking for Sr Manager Financial Planning and Analysis for a leading client into IT Services. Job Location is Bangalore.

Requirement:

Total relevant years of experience into Financial Planning and Analysis - 15+ years

Should be flexible to work in any shifts. (High Importance)

Should have handled a team of atleast 10 members and responsible for their entire appraisal process.

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a Premier Institute only.

- Typically 15+ years of experience in Finance including FP&A and other BU Finance Functions including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis.

- Typically 4+ years of people management experience.

- Prior exposure to FP&A and Account Finance (P&L responsibilities) in IT Services industry is a MUST. Experience in Enterprise Services Finance would be an advantage.

Role:

We are looking for a FP&A and Account Finance Manager to drive planning, budgeting, forecasting activities across region, sub-region, industry and accounts. The team shall be made up of 8 to 10 Senior Financial Analysts.

Manages cross functional teams in FP&A and Account Finance domains.

Manages communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to internal clients.

Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and management.

Superior group facilitation, interviewing, and influence skills.

Typically leads large and complex business process initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management exposure.

Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently
