About The Organization - It is an App-enabled Bitcoin Wallet provider headquartered in Singapore.It is India's first bitcoin company to launch simplest mobile Bitcoin wallet app that enables bitcoin transactions using mobile number without any complexities to understand bitcoin addresses, taking backups or fear of losing bitcoins.Using this wallet app, users can buy, sell, store and spend bitcoin using mobile number.

We are looking for a "Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations" to be based at Mumbai office.

50% of the role is Financial Planning and 50% is Investors Relations.

Responsibilities:

Senior Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Investor Relations (IR) will help enable achieving strategic and business goals by delivering intelligence to business partners, developing and communicating effective business plans, implementing strategic resource allocation, and managing overall business performance.

- Introducing Financial Budgeting and Reporting Systems with management reports and variance analysis.

- Preparation of Business Plans along with developing robust revenue models in consultation with business heads. Also, responsible for Budgetary controls and Trend Analysis.

- Providing value-added, drill-down analysis, investigations, interpretations and explanations to enable business leaders to understand causes and solutions to business challenges.

- Establishing the organizations financial objectives and direction

- Working with the management on Finance models, Investor presentations, etc. for fund raising activity.

- Ensuring timely and accurate production of MIS and reports; provide intelligent MIS that helps assess financial performance and also guides the Board on strategic business direction

- Manage company relationships with institutional investors and individual shareholders.

- Managing Investor relations, proposing and setting financial guidance; leading Board of Director and prospective investor preparations; attendance and presentation at all financial conferences.

Requirement

- A qualified MBA / CA with 7 plus experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Investors Relations

- Proven track record in a high-impact finance role at least in one start-up

- Specialized in Business Planning, Forecasting, Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements.

- A multitasking person with problem solving and analytical abilities.

- An enthusiastic team leader leading by example who thrives on fostering concrete relationships involving cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
