Job Description :
- Lead Strategic and Financial Plan charting business, setting targets and driving allocation of resources
- Preparation of annual business plan, budgets for next few years in detail which includes volumes, turnover, p&l, working capital and balance sheet activities
- Monitoring actual vs. budget and identifying reasons for variances
- Preparation of product-wise, state-wise profitability and presenting it to the management
- Play key role in fund-raising, capital market outreach, negotiating debt, managing surplus investments etc
- Regular Performance Update to the Board, Day to Day Query Resolution of Key Investors and facilitation of Board Meetings
- Support strategic initiatives through analytics and business planning

- Ability to appreciate business through a Finance Lens, make connections & understand cause-effects
- Above average at analysing vast amount of multi-dimensional information, spot trends while being able to zoom down into details
- Excellent at communication across levels, courage to speak up yet maturity to manage others
- Posses understanding of all financial statements, capital market financial analysis (EPS, ROCE, etc) and Valuations Models
