Overall purpose of role: Lead the FP&A and Revenue transformation function of the Country and provide leadership, business support and analytics, execution of India Business Plans (SBP & ABP), lead Finance Projects in India by building, supporting and executing Finance Tools for the Country Key areas of responsibility - Carving the SBP and Roll-up of Annual Planning / Budgeting exercise for the country with detailed analysis / insights - Anchor the Monthly Operating Reviews including review decks and lead conversation with the Region Teams on their performance and possible solves - Working on Finance & Business Projects (IT/ Non IT). Working on Anaplan Planning Tool These are projects of large scale and multi-year with extensions and improvement versions - Lead Revenue Transformation for the Country. Location: Mumbai Reporting to: Director- Finance Education Qualification & Experience Required: - Chartered Accountant / MBA with 10+ years of experience. - Experience of Revenue, Pricing, Claims is must. - Superior Business Acumen and Entrepreneurial Thinking mindset - Exceptional Presentation and MS Excel Skills IT Skills in: - SAP/BW - Databases
