Senior Manager-FP&A (Commercial finance) | Manufacturing | Chennai

Roles and responsibilities:

- Collaborate with management and key stakeholders for annual budget preparation and assessing budget plans and presenting costs to forecast trends

- Responsible for timely MIS reporting to the Regional Finance team and performing quarterly reviews of balance sheets and cash flow statements, ensuring reconciliations with books of accounts

- Effectively tracking project profitability with a focus on material actual cost to standard cost as per BOM, labour costs, variable overhead, and comparing freight with expectations

- Responsible for Collection Across India and supervise & support all managers and team handling commercial activity along with ensuring all SOPs are followed by team and documents are in place

Preferred qualification and experience:

- Chartered Accountant with minimum 15 -20 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of O2C process and hands on experience in financial planning and MIS

- Prior/current experience in Big4 or manufacturing setup is mandatory

- Be an expert in MS Excel and Power BI and should have strong analytical skills and ability to present data for management decisions.

- Must have lead a team of experts and professionals

- Experience of working on MS Dynamics will be a plus.

- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and work with aggressive deadlines.
