Key Responsibility Areas : - Develop P&amp;L Forecast (Revenue, Direct Cost and Overheads) at a client/site level - Interact with India/ North America based stakeholders to develop accurate projections, cost analysis, P&amp;Ls etc. - Monitor financial performance at client/site/Business Unit level and compare against Budget - Work closely with stakeholders to accurately capture all information that will impact P&amp;L forecast - Provide clear inputs to VPs to explain Variance to Budget during Month end close - Identify and Highlight areas of improvement with respect to operational efficiencies and financial performance - Give consultative feedback and suggestions to the VPs and their Operations team to improve efficiencies and profitability - Design reports to help monitor and manage operational efficiencies - Develop and prepare Budgets - Support the VP of Business with analyses required for leadership decision making. For example: Cost Benefit analysis of wage increase etc. - Lead the budget/re-forecast process for a Business Unit and all clients in that Business Unit Qualification : - College degree, preferably in Engineering/Science/Math with MBA Finance Relevant and significant experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role may substitute for the education requirement. - 8- 12 years experience - Very Strong MS Excel and MS Power Point skills - Experience in creating power point presentations and presenting to leadership teams will be preferred - Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Cognos, and SQL programming will be preferred - 5 years- experience in data analytics, financial modeling, P&amp;L reporting or performance improvement projects, pricing, preferably in a Call Center environment. - 5 years- experience in managing teams, preferably in finance - Strong Analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment - Open to work in 24/7 Shift environment, specifically US hours - Self-Motivated and ability to work independently
