Job Description :

Our client is a US-listed, global industry leader

Description :

- Reporting into the India CFO, you will be leading a team that supports global FP&A processes and activities.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

- Create a high performing team for global activities

- Learn and become the SME for the processes that are delivered out of India

- Implement Finance CoEs after identifying business requirements and skill availability

- Work on standardisation and automation of work

- Manage and motivate the team for the expected level of performance and deliverable quality

- Coordinate, negotiate and motivate various stakeholders and functional heads in order to establish consensus among cross-functional teams in support of time-line and project deliverable(s)

- Responsible to lead and deliver end-to-end migration/ maintenance of business processes from the overseas offices

- Independently run review meetings, track and present SLAs

- Develop, maintain and review dashboards

Profile

- Qualified CA

- 13+ years of experience with key emphasis on FP&A, business finance partnerships and sound accounting knowledge

- Stint in a manufacturing set-up preferred

- Strong financial systems expertise (experience in SAP/BW is an advantage)

- Excellent communication skills

- Past team handling experience

- Solid interpersonal skills
