Job Location : Hyderabad

People Management : 80% (really strong in people management)

Shift Timing : 2:30 PM to till 12:00 AM during Month end 5:30 PM to till 3:00 AM.

Job Description :

- Ability to manage and understand both financial and operational metrics and processes.

- Work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to drive revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives

- Work on operational metrics, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues, assessing their implications, and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan

- Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.

- Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.

- Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions.

- Creates and drives Actionable Analytical reporting

- Performs complex conceptual analyses.

- Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement.

- Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues.

- Motivates and inspires other team members.

- Proactively identifies and anticipates issues

- Actively participate in the financial monthly/quarterly close process

- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation

- Assist in preparation of documentation in support of external and internal audits
